DELIVERY.
How and where we deliver, what it costs and what we need from you on site.
Delivery and collection
We deliver throughout Brisbane and South East Queensland, with interstate delivery available for many products, depending on the product and the order.
Delivery timeframes vary with product availability, order size and destination. Our team will confirm expected lead times when your order is placed.
For larger orders, tiles can be delivered directly to site, with suitable unloading arrangements organised where required.
Site access
Please make sure there is safe and suitable access to the delivery location. Any specific site access requirements should be discussed with our team before delivery is arranged.
Collection
Collection is available for selected products and orders. Our team will confirm the collection location and timeframe once your order is ready.
Pricing
Delivery and freight charges apply unless otherwise stated, and vary with the size, weight, volume and destination of the order. They are confirmed before dispatch.
BETTER IN PERSON.
Samples, scale and finish are easier to judge in the studio. Bring the project in and we will pull together a material direction that actually works.
