RETURNS.
What can be returned, what cannot, and how to start one.
Returns
Project requirements change. Returns may be accepted on selected stocked products, subject to approval.
Products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within the applicable return period and may attract a handling or restocking fee of up to 25%.
What cannot be returned
Special-order, custom, clearance and project-specific products are generally unable to be returned or exchanged for change of mind, because they are ordered in for you.
Variation is not a fault
Natural stone, tile and other surface products vary in colour, shade, texture and size between batches and between individual pieces. This variation is a characteristic of the material, not a defect.
Check before you install
Please check all products before installation. Products should not be installed if there is an obvious issue, or if they do not match the approved selection. Installing a product is generally taken as accepting its appearance, shade and suitability.
Starting a return
Contact our team before returning anything so we can confirm eligibility and arrange it. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
None of the above limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
BETTER IN PERSON.
Samples, scale and finish are easier to judge in the studio. Bring the project in and we will pull together a material direction that actually works.
