Do you sell directly to the public?
Yes. We work with homeowners, builders, architects, designers and trades across projects of every size.
Can I visit the studio?
By appointment, and that is deliberate. It means a designer is free when you arrive, your plans are on the bench and the samples are already pulled. Book a design session and we will find a time. Weekdays only; the studio is closed on weekends and public holidays.
Can I order samples?
Yes. Samples are available for many of our products. Contact us or visit the studio and our team can organise suitable samples.
Do you deliver?
Yes, throughout Brisbane and South East Queensland, with interstate delivery available for many products. See delivery.
Can I collect my order?
Collection is available for selected orders. Our team confirms the location and timeframe once your order is ready.
How long will my order take?
Lead times depend on the product and current stock. Stocked products can generally be supplied quickly; indent and special-order products take longer. We confirm this before your order is finalised.
Should I order extra tiles?
Yes. Allow additional material for cuts, wastage and future repairs. How much depends on the tile, the laying pattern and the project.
Can tiles vary from the samples in the studio?
Yes. Shade, colour, texture and pattern vary between batches. It is particularly common in natural stone and in products designed to replicate natural materials.
Do you offer design assistance?
Yes. Our team can assist with product selection, finishes, colours, sizing and combinations. For a fuller service, Studio 9 offers interior design, material specification and project design.
Can you help with a complete tile and finishes selection?
Yes. For larger renovations, new builds and more detailed projects, the Studio 9 team can develop a complete material and finishes palette across the whole project.
Can you help calculate quantities?
Yes. Give us plans or measurements and we can estimate quantities. Final quantities should always be confirmed by your builder or installer before ordering.
